Right now, we have a 4-week Restorative Yoga Workshop scheduled to begin on February 1st at 6 pm. Here are the details for that:

Restorative Yoga is a series of poses that are fully supported by blankets, blocks, and other props, allowing you to fully and completely relax. Each pose is held for an extended period of time, increasing the benefits of the practice. This is a great style of yoga to combat the stress of day to day life, reduce anxiety and depression, and come to a quiet place within.

Join us for a 4-week Restorative Yoga Workshop at Guru Momma: Yoga and Natural Health (115 E Baseline Rd Tempe, AZ 85283). We will meet on Wednesday nights at 6, beginning on February 1st. We also have a 5-week Infant Massage session starting soon. Is that something that you would list? If so, here are the details:

Infant massage is a wonderful opportunity to experience the way your baby communicates with you. With nurturing and loving touch, you and your baby feel more relaxed and in tune with each other. Research shows that babies who are massaged may sleep deeper and longer, spend more time active and alert for learning, improve elimination, and increase bonding and attachments to their parents.

Classes are taught in small groups of parents/caregivers and their babies up to one year of age. Classes are 60-90 minutes long for 5 weeks so your baby gradually adjusts to your nurturing touch.

This session begins on Thursday, February 2nd from 1pm-2:30. It will be held at Guru Momma: Yoga and Natural Health (115 E Baseline Rd Tempe, AZ 85283). Cost for the 5 week session is $65, which includes a small bottle of massage oil and handouts detailing all the massage strokes you will learn.

We are working on scheduling a Holistic Health Fair in late February/early March with toe reading, intuitive reading, chair massage, mini facials, holistic nutrition and acupuncture. I will send you the details when the date is set!
